This app doesn’t sign me out each time I close it out. If so, it would be much easier to dump it and move on. No. It only does it periodically. Like when you really need it to find out which mapco has the best price on gas. When you are in a hurry, it signs you out. I thought it might be a deal where it forces you to reset your password every so often. Like important sites. Such as your bank app. Even my banking app doesn’t do that, come to think of it. Then, when you find your password, which consists of random letters, numbers and symbols(Which you could never remember, but safe), this thing sends a freakin code to your phone! What is this? My Fort Knox acct app? Is this intended as a security feature? If so, why? If people want to tie a credit card to this app, let them be responsible for their own common sense security. This is not an app that is very important to me. It might be less aggravation to just dump this app and go inside the store. This is maybe the 4th time I’ve written to complain about this. All they end up saying is that it’s not supposed to sign me out. You think? Instead of endless emailing, pretending we are troubleshooting, why not hire a person to fix it? My other apps don’t do this. Hire one of their people to fix it. I’m just going to deal with it. Until I finally want to do things the easy way and delete this app. Do yourself a favor. Don’t use this app. Just do your business inside the store. Too much aggravation.
i pumped my gas and used the app. This app has not only done this one, but twice, they charged me twice for the same transaction! On the mapco app it only has down that it was charged once, but i look in my bank account and it has charged me twice! I love mapco, it has all my favored snacks and drinks but when it come to gas it’s a pain.
App needs to be fixed so that I can login, I want to be able to log in and use the app but it asks to verify with my phone number and it always says unknown error, it’s been a year of trying and still no change
