Apartment List for Android

I wanted to like this app because it looks good and is quick. But when I put in that I want a certain price, in a certain location, I don’t expect to get put 45 minutes away or $500-$600 over my budget that’s not a match for me.

This app seems to completely ignore your budget and requests. Any other apartment app is better

The app doesn’t allow you to view the “Take Another Look” section. There’s also no way to edit your apartment rating from “Maybe” to “Love” and vice versa. I’m also showing that I’m “Visiting” places that I haven’t opted to contact.

My inbox is full of unsolicited emails from apartments given my email by this app. If there was any warning that would happen, it was in the fine print. The feature allowing you to fill out so much information is nice but definitely not worth it. Even when I unsubscribed from all emails, it still said that “You may still receive emails confirming when you like an apartment or want to visit (so you can keep track of tours). You may also be contacted directly by any apartments in which you have expressed interest.” No option to avoid that. The map feature also isn’t very good, and in order to see other floor plans that might be cheaper, you either have to adjust your entire search so all that size are shown, or continuously look up the apartments in other locations.

So far I am impressed. I have just started using this app but it only presents me with I am looking for.
