Jacquie Lawson Advent Calendar for Android

Why do I have to have an account to view this gift from a friend? She sends one every year.

I love Jacquie’s advent calendar and I am close to 70 so I know anyone would love it as a gift or for themselves.

The videos don’t play. I get a spinning white circle that goes on and on and on. I tried at different times of the day. I was on iOS 10.7 and then I upgraded to 18.1.1 but it has not helped. Any suggestions?

Thus far, not nearly as enjoyable as previous year’s advent calendars.

These were nice and fun in the past. Just a lot of trouble the last couple of years. Never got last years to work at all. My husband ordered the calendar for me. It is difficult to access even after downloading .I finally got it to work for only three days. No access and locked out. . It just doesn’t work, continues to say there have been no purchases for my e-mail address even though I was sent the gift code and confirmation of purchase, clearly there was. Disappointed I can’t access something he paid for. No phone #. He should be refunded for sure. Should have been fun but frustrating. He spent money on something that doesn’t work. Customer support is lacking.
