Coffee Meets Bagel for Android

I tried CMB for 3 months and was able to go out on a few dates. Unfortunately, I didn’t find anyone for a lasting relationship. This app could work if you don’t have a lot of preferences. For me, I wanted someone with same spiritual beliefs and many times the algorithm would send me the same guys over again. The app feels pretty easy to use and conversations expire after a few days. The premium is too expensive and not worth the money. If you must, buy only the 1 month premium. I am planning on deleting this app & trying a different one.

Paid for premium. Switched to new app. All of a sudden no daily matches. It’s like lost the people I was matching were… as other said… fake. Terrible experience app and paygating. If you don’t buy flowers and send them to a real person premium won’t even help you match with them. You pay 700 times to be gated. Terrible app.

Paid in older version app but cannot find the payment and use the feature in new version app. The older version app cannot be found in App Store anymore. Contact support team for the issue and refund but no response at all

They will take your money and then delete the app, force you to use an “updated” app and you will lose your account. No notice with the Facebook change, just says to create a new account. All the money spent on old account for premium features vanished.

Is this the same CMB just “new”?! ‘Cause it seems like the same exact app as the old one, as in, equally ignoring my dating preferences that I’ve spent time carefully adding into the app. The same app that shows my profile to people outside of my preferences, so I get likes from people I decidedly DO NOT want. I guess it is. Which, for the record, if the CMB product managers understood their jobs, would know that it actually harms the people who “like” my profile assuming I’m interested in their profile; I’m not. All of this means it’s equally as frustrating and disappointing as the previous app. Just so I’ve got this straight: New app, same name, MUCH HIGHER COST for the same sub-mediocre, anti-user experience. All these apps care about is earning a buck off of your loneliness.
