Not kept up to date

Doesn’t work with the latest iOS software. For something as critical as this app I would think Dexcom would be on the ball with their compatibility updates.

Incompatible iPhone13

According to the list of compatible devices, the last compatible Android is the XR. That’s a phone that came out almost 5years ago. I’ve upgraded my Android to the 13 and can no longer “follow” my husband using the follow app on my new phone. The app uploaded perfectly but whenever he sends me an invitation and I go through the process, I receive a message that says ‘“INVITATION ERROR “ this invitation expired or was already used. Ask your sharer to invite you again.’ I have deleted the ‘follow’ user from my old phone, cleared the cache and removed the app. I have tried three different emails and it still does not work on the Android 13. Customer support was unable to do anything for me but they kindly registered a complaint. Any suggestions for fixing this bug are welcome. Anything other than buying another phone!

Custom alert sounds

After almost 10 years now of benefits from Dexcom(Thank You!), I’m not always awaken at night by the alerts(scary😬). Can you add the option to upload our own alert noise, or at least add more options to the sounds. I’ve tried them all and believe it or not, My wife and I have slept through the sirens, which makes me extremely nervous to the point where I’m afraid to go to sleep at night sometimes. Please help.

App won’t open

The app won’t open - automatically shuts down as soon as you tap the icon. I do get low alerts from my wife, but can’t open the app at all.

Notification settings don’t work

It’s truly baffling to me that in 2022, a corporate giant like Dexcom can’t figure out how to reliably deliver push notifications. This is a life or death matter for diabetics. Figure it out Dexcom.
