Wrongly charged

Hello , Eato was downloaded as free trial on 4th July and cancelled the same day on 4th July . But you guys still charged me for yearly subscription. My mail purpose is to track sugar intake from all products that is logged but EATO do not have this option so I cancelled your subscription. Process my refund because you was not supposed to charge me . Google denied the refund request. Please explain me why was I charged when I cancelled the subscription the same day and free trial was not even over ???

Poor first impression

Wouldn’t let you try the app before charging you. Didn’t recognize my meal from the photo, which was the whole point. Update: It does recognize some items, but the portions are way off. It double-counts calories burned from Google Health. $40 for this…
