Unable to resell tickets

I have tried to put the opening ceremony tickets to resell and the all never shows the option to do it. It only works for other types of events. I have tried to delete, update and logout from the application but it is still not working. I see people on Facebook reselling tickets. How is this possible?

No tickets appear in my account, however I have an email the they were transferred to me. I did the chat for 2 hours no help. Surely there has to be a better way!

No help from those the 2024 Paris Olympics point too

Olympic organized pointed me to contact forms. Filled out several times and no assistance. Avoid Hospitality ticket options if you want to be able to use them.

Horrible User Experience

The entire Paris Olympics digital experience has been a disaster from start to finish. This app does not service Hospitality packages. It only brings you to a browser page where you can only access tickets purchased from “Ticketing” which doesn’t include Hospitality packages. Just give me a mobile ticket like Ticketmaster or anyone else. This is garbage.
