You have to pay to use the features

I wanted to use the hug and you have to pay 29.99 to use it😢. They have a free trial but it won’t let you move in with out paying for the subscription first so why advertise as free trial?

I downloaded the app and I did the 3 day trail and after it was complete at first it looked like my daughter until the hug was complete and it looked nothing like her I don’t think I will subscribe to this app

Paid for pro and won’t give me access!!

I paid for full version of pro and the app won’t update! I can’t get customer support and I still see advertisements and everything is locked!
