Well i played the game for a couple of days. Got some cool hero’s, took a few days off came back. Half my base was gone, i had none of my cool hero’s Now im done with this game. Was just about to spend real money in this game too. Oh well, thanks for saving me money

Can we get a server that’s not 100% pay to win? Maybe core unlocks but after 200$ that’s it.?

I initially enjoyed this game. Lots of updates and new things. I enjoyed it so much that I made an in-app purchase. However, I saw that I had been charged twice! Oh no! So, I requested a refund on just the one charge (leaving the initial, intentional charge in place). This refund request was approved and I initially received an in-app message letting me know that some in-app items were removed from my account and that my “credit score” decreased. I thought, okay, understandable. Maybe I got some benefit in the game from an unintentional purchase, so sure. Sadly, this was not the end of it. A couple hours later, I tried to open the app and was treated to a message stating “malicious refund behavior detected”! Malicious? That’s not right, I said. The only options available to me were to immediately pay them back the refunded amount or to contact customer service if I thought it was in error. Ah, well clearly this isn’t malicious, because I was double charged and didn’t request both to be refunded, so I sent a message to customer service explaining the situation and asking them to resolve it. After several hours, the response came. Here’s the simple summary: if you request a refund for any in-app purchase, you will have to repay the developer that money to continue playing. For “fairness.” In the future (there won’t be a future) they recommend that I reach out to their support instead. I feel that this developer has decided that any mistaken charge is only explainable by bad faith on the part of their players and have created a coercive mechanism to punish players for using Google’s process to report a problem. I won’t be “paying them back.” Caution if you ever make an in-app purchase in this game. If there is any mistake, you must pay for it or stop playing. There will be no understanding. The only solution is for you to leave that charge in place if you wish to play.

Your game was great until I disputed a double charge on one of the purchases I made. Once I was refunded the over charge of $19.99 you locked me out of the game until I paid you all a “credit raising fee” of $19.99. I had already bought roughly $100 of game adds and would have bought more in the future. You lost a spending customer over $20. SMH

I really liked this game till today. They did a update and took away all my mines. It was already taking forever to increase player strength and now it will take 3 times as long to increase player strengths. I will be deleting this game.
