Lags way behind

App seems to take a snapshot update of the system in 5min increments. Not useful at all when looking for live status. I’m so sick of cloud-based platforms. If there’s anything that shouldn’t be cloud-based, it’s an off-grid inverter. This really needs to be a locally hosted system.

I can no longer login

After entering my password, all I get is the following error “failed to analyze response data” I have no issue with logging into the manufacturer website monitor online, but the app no longer allows me to.

Works But Needs Improvements

Happy with my EG4 system but the app is very hard to read/understand the data metrics. There should also be a way to get a notification from the app when your batteries drop a certain percentage.

Works ok

The app works ok and gives the majority of data. The issue I have is that the PV input combines all 3 inputs I have on the 18k-PV and doesn’t separate them. The online login works great but a simple update to the app would be way better and much appreciated to keep all the data in one app and not have to multiple eg4 platforms to get the whole data.
