MyWay for Android

After working for a month or so it just shows an error at login

I found tech support to be great. When I had a problem they called me back the next day to make sure I was working. Thank you staff for your help.

I have eczema and take Dupixent. The previous app Medisafe allowed for the adding of other medications to the reminder schedule, which appears as a calendar. This new app only allows for 5 medications. Far more seriously, and even worse, this app handles all medication reminders as pop ups. That means I can't check the calendar for upcoming doses and can't see what I need to bring with me if I'm going on a trip. Absolutely terrible. Why did you degrade functionality?

Medisafe announced that MyWay wasn’t supported anymore and to download the MyWay app, which I did. The app will not allow me to create an account (the credentials for Medisafe did NOT work). The resolution is to call MyWay Support for an “invite” code. I’ve called twice and left voicemail messages both times with the critical information they asked for. Still no callback.

I had to migrate to the new app and there was a disconnect between Dupixant and the MyWay app. The developers have worked diligently to troubleshoot the issue and I finally have access. Now I can use the app and see how I like it. Thank you for the support!
