I contacted picso for a refund due to downloading the wrong type of app, they didn’t respond for days until I wrote a negative review, once I submitted the review, they responded with steps on how to get a refund, I followed those steps twice & gave them what they needed & again they went ghost. Why is it that there is no response until a negative review is submitted? You get a lot of that nowadays, what that does is clearly display how poorly they treat customers until it affects them on their end, then & only then will you get a response 🤦♂️
The AI is good, but what’s wrong with the app is the credits. Can you at least add a way to get credits like watching 10 ads or a 3 daily credits? Please make the credits easier to get for us free users
