Bad. It was bad last year too. I would expect this app to be incredible given what it is for. Should take notes on the HLTH app they did it great
First time attending CES. App was very helpful for learning about exhibitors and how the show is laid out. Real-time navigation rather than the step by step navigation would be great. Otherwise I would have given 5-stars. Great show. I will be back as my company allows.
I think it's an embarrassment for CES to use this app. It's a cute database to browse through companies and seeing some details about them, but that would take a few months! It's nice to see what keynotes are showing (switch could all fit on a single piece of paper). But the map is totally useless. 3D? Why? You can't even figure out what areas are sectioned off for what technology. Just lid up a 2D PDF and problem solved. Instead, all you get are 3D boxes. And when you zoom in, you still see 3D boxes with numbers in them? There is no way to know what numbers represent what company. And good luck with trying to see anything if you don't know what 'floor' the exhibits are on 0...5! I have a mission to explore new or innovative companies looking to solve a particular problem. But this app is only good if you know the name of the company. Off course if I already knew the name I could contact them directly. So much for focusing in on the right niche and finding companies filling that niche or knowing what companies are nearby the current one you're visiting.
Navigating the CES event via the app has been simple, easy, and well organized (as expected). The real bonus this year was being able to get badged right inside the airport - 50 feet from my gate. Great idea and set up very customer friendly!!!!
Purchased tours and sessions don’t show up on agenda! High priced events with poor documentation follow through. Good idea but not finished
