What is a Null ?

Well I just got this app lastnight, and its already gave me problems just trying to register. Ive tried like 10 times. It says something about a Null. A couple times it said welcome Mr H, but then said your not registered. What kind of crap is that ? Im hope to speak with someone today or its gone.

Garbage

Complete garbage. It will not even let me register. First it tried to tell me my email was not in the correct format, after a few more tries using the exact same email address I eventually got past that snag only to eventually run into some sort of error code that I can’t get past. So basically, I can’t even try the app. It won’t even let me register. I am using an Android 11 running the latest iOS by the way. Junk. Nice waste of money.

Can’t login!

What good is an app that you can’t logging to??? I went to the website to register since the app would not let me no matter what I tried it wouldn’t accept my email or password. I successfully registered on the HTH website but still can’t login in the app. App is worthless if you can’t login! Will be looking for another brand that actually works and is user friendly.

Everyone’s having this issue, pls fix

getting the null status error message in order to slightly improve usuability on Google products they took Google compatibility out back and murdered it. App itself looks great, but it doesn’t work
