What is wrong with this app????

I downloaded this app for a camera provided by an alarm system company. If worked for a while but now I can not get it to work!! Itried to re install the camera to no avail. A waste of countless hours!! I re installed it, connected to the WiFi & then it can’t find the camera. I also tried to update the app. No updates available. Please fix it it let us niw what other app would be compatible ???? Very disappointed!!

Camera or software

Once upgraded it only works when connected to a router with cable. Maybe is the camera or the software or both. In my case I have 2 cameras and none is working.
