Not useful

This the 3rd version of medical software that’s supposed to help you with medical needs. This software is poorly written, medical records listed As not available, no print routines. Don’t know why this is useful for doctors or patients. Waste of time and effort.

Can’t log in

Unable to reset password since UI breaks. It may be a backend issue since your website is doing this too. What a waste of time.

Not user friendly

I log into the app, but when I try to add a provider it won’t let me. I use many other apps with no problem.

Passwords on top of passwords

I don’t mind if the app needs a password but making me have a password on my phone is a bit to much.

Not so bad

My biggest issue is that they force you to have face id and passcode on . I really would prefer they gave the option to create a password or code within the app .
