Shame on you Samsung. I have my ST150F camera and it says to connect to the wiFi and I did that. I went to the app and it says ‘your not connected’

Can’t use my camera

I thought it was me not getting it… so can’t use this camera to upload photos onto Mobile… when I first got it I could, took tons of great photos, now it’s useless… thank goodness I bought a Canon

Can’t even make your app work? It’s obvious from the reviews that it doesn’t work. What kind of worthless company does this to their customers?

It does not work!

I agree with the reviews this camera does not work work with any Android computers. Downloaded the Samsung smart camera app and did not detect network. Useless camera. Not Google’s fault. Samsung technician was not familiar with cameraWB37f model. Useless.

Please update the app

This does not work. I’m an Android user and I’ve read the reviews. Seems likely that I’ll be getting the same response, just wait for them to update the app. Please update the app for compatibility. We have no way to really transfer the photos via this app. Will try to upload them to a computer via a cable and if this doesn’t work, we will just have to buy and use a camera and products that do work. Omni level products please.
