This is a decent app. It tracks food well but I only gave it 3 stars. For a couple reasons that it only got 3 stars is because I have to add A LOT of items myself. The barcode is very convenient but their are many items that aren’t even in the database. The other problem I have is that when trying to click certain things on screen like the back button or edit I have to sit there tapping over n over again until it actually reacts.
Update: I just went on my app, and suddenly my activities I’ve input to other apps have linked to it. This wasn’t the case before- but I’m happy now! This has been so handy keeping track of what I’m eating and helping me make more mindful choices in regards to what I’m eating. I love how it can break down the nutrition of individual food items and meals, so I can actually understand my own habits. However, whenever I add an event, like “exercise”, even simple terms like “running” do not come up, much less what my exercises are actually called. Because of that, I can’t log any of my activity. Luckily I have it in other places, but I was hoping to have that information with my food to see how my overall performance with nutrition and activity is going. That being said, I still enjoy the app for what it is. It is just disappointing that one of the key functions doesn’t work.
哈哈哈
Stupid stupid stupid it won’t let me put my birthday in
Installed the app my first entry was StarBucks grande latte. The app could not find it. It suggested I should add all the food values myself.
