Mystery Case Files for Android

I have a brand new Android Airbook and while the APP store suggested this game, it crashes when I barely get inside the house. Won't let me go thru the door off the livingroom. What a pain. How does one get their money back?

I have played this game over and over again after completing it for the first time a year ago. It is challenging, interesting, and has great puzzles to break up the point and click. It is frustrating the first time you play it, but push through and you won’t regret it.

The music was the best part of this game. It's not in this version. What a let down.

I've played MCF games on Big Fish Games and there are always directions for the puzzles. There's nothing in this version and I wind up skipping all the fun to solve puzzles. There are also no guides or maps or any of the extras that are usually on these games. Once Google switched to 64-bit games, nothing on Big Fish Games works on my computer; this app store version is not very good.

I recently purchased the game, and now im stuck at the cellar puzzle. No matter the combination of dots I light up, the door wont open. I've tried contacting the company but I havent gotten a response. Regardless of this being a puzzle game it should have a hint to where I can make it through. I feel like I've wasted my money getting stuck halfway through the game. I need help with this.
