Wait for real car makers to buy their EV

I have called times to fix the access of mobile app, for my solar energy.it’s a worst mobile app ever .I will not work at all. and has been down since 3 month months now It not good practice . wrost customers service .

So many great things about driving a Tesla, but there are some features that makes one wonder if there are development processes are in place or if it’s random. 1) Why do I have more control over scheduling days/times to run my robot vacuum cleaner, than to precondition my car? 2) Of all the alerts given, why is there no alert for “car not charging” which is critical if you plan to use your car to drive somewhere.

I can’t use my phone as key because in the Tesla app setting I don’t have the option to toggle Bluetooth access on nor off. SOS

I love the app. It’s amazing. However I would give one suggestion to the developers. Add an alert notification if the car is parked at home but it’s not plugged in and the battery is under a certain state of charge determined by the owner. Thanks
