Collect for Android

I loved this app until I couldn’t access my camera roll any longer. Now I have to select photos first to pull into the app. I used to tap on a date and collect would take me directly to that date in my camera roll, perfect! Now it’s a hassle. If there’s a way around this please let us know!

An update request … for videos, how about offering the option to blend or fade from one photo to the next.

I’ve been using this every single day for eight years and love it. However, I’m concerned it’s not supported. The last update was 2019 and the domain isn’t maintained. So here’s my bug report. I hope this can be addressed. Often when I scroll through pictures to find the right one for the day, whichever I picture I touch to scroll just gets added to the calendar. The result is that I can’t really scroll. I have to totally quit the app (swipe up) and try again. That fixes it. Also when I came to the support menu, it said the FAQs couldn’t load.

For a while I use this app on a regular basis without any issues. However I took a break and recently wanted to get back into it only to find some changes that have made me want to look elsewhere for a different app. My primary complaint is that when you go to select a photo you can’t just access your entire photo album, you have to select photos. The process has become way more tedious than what it once was.

I updated to an Android so I could finally get this app (I have heard so many amazing things about it) and my first month was flawless. 😍 Absolutely love the video feature!! Then, on to month two and it repeatedly crashes anytime I try to download the video. It’s incredibly frustrating and support is non-existent. I got this app for the sole purpose of the video. Extremely frustrated. 🤬😭
