No way to beat level 2

I can't find a way to beat level two. There are multiple pieces that I am supposed to turn, but it won't let me select which pieces I'm turning. Without the options to shift focus to a different piece, there is no way to beat the level. I did a couple of levels after two without issue. What's up with level 2? I suppose it's possible I'm missing how to do it, but it's not in the instructions, it's not intuitive, and cannot be figured out by pressing just about any key on the keyboard. Good concept in general though, even if the design could use some work, my kids will like this if it's fixed. As it is, I'm going to hide or delete the game because it's just going to frustrate them and frustrated preschoolers are NO fun.
