Alarm doesn’t go off

Was late because the alarm never went off. And they make you sign up for an account. Useless app. Don’t bother downloading.

Interface not intuitive

The red x on the ads does not remove the ads, it launches the ads! Please remove the red x if the ad is not allowed to be removed. That is just mean! The screens are also very unintuitive, I would never buy premium with such a bad design.

Frustrated

I tried it free and decided to buy it. But it won’t allow me to add my name to the account, therefore the app won’t generate reports!! I’ve contacted the company and no response. Thinking about canceling soon if no response or help.

Full volume autoplay ads- that’s what you want at bedtime!

You used to be able to bypass the ads by disconnecting from the internet— not anymore. The free form of this app is unusable. It’s not a free app with purchase unless the grub hub commercial jingle really gets you sleepy— it’s just a paid app.

Doesn’t work and can’t get resolution

I really wanted to like this and paid for it with the 30 day free trial. However, it doesn’t work. It simply alarms and doesn’t gradually awaken you at your least sound sleep. I don’t need an alarm. I already have that. I contacted support and was told the developers would be contacted and was given instructions to cancel. I didn’t want to cancel, but to get it to work. Frustrating!
