Been using this for years

Whenever I need a nap or just cannot sleep at night this app relaxes me and lets me get to sleep. I do not understand how I can hear the same words over and over without becoming bored or having the suggestions lose their effectiveness, but I have used this same app for years and it, or Mr. Johnson’s Power Nap are my go to “zamboni for the brain” solutions to quiet my monkey mind. Thank you for your wonderful work.

Help for my panic attacks and parasomnia

This is the first app for guided meditation that has really helped me and I experience a lot of trouble trying to relax due to my chronic pain and anxiety with panic attacks 24 hours per day. I sure wish I could afford the full version I am sure it would be much more helpful, I really appreciate this new practice of my trying meditation so I can help ease my mind.
