Groove Coaster2 Original Style for Android

Play Merrily was BAD but THE NEXT LEVEL IS A LIVING NIGHTMARE! AND I DON’T EVEN WANNA KNOW WHAT THE OTHER LEVELS ARE LIKE! The game is still pretty good but HOLY COW that was a SPIKE in the DIFFICULTY!

My audio offset when playing this game is so incredibly bad, I can set it far enough to fix it entirely so I end up having to click almost a full 0.5 second early. The games great but please fix this

The game decides to download who knows what every single time I open it and sometimes after just going to another app for a few minutes. What does it need to download!? What changed in those 5 minutes!?

Groove Coaster is a game that could be played for hours upon hours, yet the levels and song choice always seem to bewilder me. The only massive flaw is it’s pricing for songs, and how you cannot really pick up the game as a Free-To-Play for very long. Otherwise, this game has a competitive sense that keeps most players grooving.

I downloaded this app because I recently bought Groove Coaster Wai Wai Party for Nintendo Switch and loved it. This factor caused me to have somewhat high expectations for this game. Those expectations were not entirely met. First point of discussion; the controls. It controlled pretty much how I expected for a Groove Coaster game on mobile. Second point of discussion; pretty much everything else. First off, there should be hit sounds when you actually hit a note. This is especially true with a game like this where the notes are pretty much all over the place. Second off, it’s kind of slow. I’m not sure if it’s just my device (Android XS), but it’s definitely a bit laggy. Thirdly, the song selection. I’m not really sure what to say about it. I haven’t spent any money on this game yet since I don’t play much (I’ve only played three songs so far) and haven’t really enjoyed it much, but based off other reviews, it can get costly. And with that, my review of this game has come to a conclusion.
