Worst ever app

Worst ever app never connects to the panel. Keep showing reconnecting to Home screen.

New update and app keeps crashing

7/19/22 App updated automatically and now it is useless. It just crashes. Please fix ASAP!! I can’t add devices at all now. Half of the lights in our home went offline and there’s no way to fix it through app since it’s supposed to be done through add device. EDIT: I learned on the reviews to sign out and resign back in to be able to work the app devices. Then I reached out to Clare control help desk and they were able to get my lights all back online. If things stay like they are now I’ll up the rating. I appreciate how quickly they took care of it.

No way to add Clare video doorbell 3 to ClareHome app

There is no way to add Clare video doorbell 3 to Clare home app? I tried searching in network and also setup the DHCP for the doorbell camera and yet it couldn’t add manually as well.
