OneLogin Protect for Android

App itself works fine, but the website I use this for is a ‘gateway’ to a variety of applications and so I use a password manager to pull up my password, then have to switch to Protect for my PIN, and then have to switch back and reauthenicate to my password manager to pull up the passwords for the other apps and websites beyond the ‘gateway’. If the app worked on my AppleWatch I could just switch between devices without all the authentication issues.

-- LOGGING IN (BROWSER) -- I have a computer and a phone. Entering my login information at my company's OneLogin URL on my computer will result in OneLogin displaying a message on that website notifying me that "[they've] sent a notification to [my] device to approve this login." I have the OneLogin Protect app downloaded and my notifications turned on. I receive no notifications. Attempting to log in using my phone's browser will result in the same message being displayed. -- ADDING AN ACCOUNT (APP) -- I just logged in on my phone and a computer (which is mine but presumably not associated with me in OneLogin's systems). OneLogin Protect wants a code to add an account. I can't do that, because following the steps to add an account involves... logging in to my company's OneLogin URL, which tries to send a push notification to my OneLogin app which doesn't receive it. I don't know what the security reasoning is, but there probably is a decent one for most of these systems being the way they are. When it comes to the point at which this app does less protecting of my account than disabling me from accessing my accounts, it's not very useful.

Initially very frustrated with this app, only to realize the real villain was who ever made the tutorial for my college, once signed up properly the app isn’t giving any issues

Really? Y'all don't have to design anything and the one thing y'all got is total bust. Good job guys
