Disappointed

Doesn't work as advertised, and sneaky way of getting you to subscribe to PRO version. I don't want a subscription service app, but to do anything except transfer one photo at a time, you need the upgrade and subscribe to the PRO version. Supposedly you can transfer up to 10 phtotos at once without the PRO version, but I couldn't get it to work. It's probably best to buy a good backup app and software.

Problems with App

With the app running in Android OS 12.3, it would not connect with the Android in spite of following all the instructions. I was using the Pro version of the Transfer app.

Misleading

Nothing works unless you upgrade. Every time you try to transfer even a single photo, it tells you to upgrade. Misleading.

NO THUMBNAILS SHOWING

I HAVE WRITTEN 3 TIMES FOR SUPPORT. THE THUMBNAILS AREN'T SHOWING UP 100%. 3 WILL SHOW UP AND 4 WON'T. I HAVE SENT YOU SCREENSHOTS. THIS APP DOES NOT WORK IF YOU CANNOT SEE THE THUMBNAILS.
