Bible Gateway for Android

I’ve been using Bible Gateway for several years now and it’s been very helpful to me, but there are a few things that I think could be improved upon. Every time I get into the homepage, an add pops up unless I am quick enough to go to any other page. Maybe you could add in a setting to disable adds? I just think furniture and underwear adds are a little misplaced in a Bible app.

Can’t find items such as verse of the day.

I love this app but, since the new update I am unable to open my app. I use this in our church service, as my bible, and with my daily devotions as well. Please fix this problem!!!

Every since the update whenever you open up the audio bible it goes to Genesis 1. It used to always open up wherever you were last. This is very frustrating. This needs to be fixed and work as it used to. So that it retains and opens up to the verse you were at last.

I have been using this app for years. I love that you can easily switch between translations whether reading or listening. The app is simple and easy to navigate. The only thing stopping me from rating it five stars is the lack of a sleep mode function for the audiobook portion. I wish there was a way to set a specific amount of chapters or minutes you want the audio to go before it stops automatically. This is really important to me because when I need calm, I like Scripture to be the last thing I hear before falling asleep without it later waking me up in the middle of the night because it just goes on and on. Please add this feature. Thank you!
