What a horrible app for the Android . You can’t even log in ! I logged in on my laptop so easily. I NEED to log on with my cell phone because i don’t carry my laptop everywhere.

Want access to YOUR money snd/or your account? Tell your HR department to use another flexible spending provider. Terrible app, terrible company. Look elsewhere.

This app fails in providing the most basic, critical information such as claim status. If it is indeed available on this app and in spite of my fruitlessly frustrated searching I’ve missed it, then my review is: This app is counterintuitive, very difficult to find the most basic functions such as claim status. Do better.

Great for checking balances and that’s where it’s usefulness ends. Every time I try to submit a claim it gives me an error and tells me that my date of service needs to be between 1/1/2020 and 12/31/2020. It’s currently March 2021. My date of service is not in 2020. Super frustrating to have to call and sit on hold every time I need to file a claim.
