It never worked once.
App was great when it worked years ago, but now no connection
I find buying Samsung products is like buying toilet paper. Use once and flush. This app opens up but has so many broken quirks, just to get it to work on iOS, it just fails outright. I’d list all the disappointments I’ve had with Samsung, but 7 years later and this app doesn’t work any better than it did day 1. I’m not sure what I was expecting but at the very least write an app to replace this one, with some support of the older cameras. Quit just dumping products after launch. Make an effort!
