You can add in your water intake and your weight each day. The best part is foods and amounts I thought were relatively “harmless” in my weight loss quest were exactly the opposite! I have a much better understanding of what to eat each day and far better portion control of the “fun foods”. This app is by far the easiest to use and the most helpful. So far there have been no glitches and no crashes and in this first week I’ve lost 4 lbs! Well done to the developers.
The micronutrient tracking seems to be quite inaccurate. I’ve compared levels of my micronutrients elsewhere and have noticed that this app underrates them.
I have to get used to navigating the newer app. It's kind of clumsy. I just need to reorient. But I like that I find things on the list that are unique. I wish they had a bar scanner so you don't have to put in the nutritional info manually. I liked that about another app I used.
Seemed like a good app at first, but when I opened it and put my birthday it said I was underage. I feel like this should be allowed for children (I’m 11) because you can be under-weight at any age. If you can, please allow this to be used for younger people. :) Thank you for your time!
