With each version, this app gets less usable. I’m losing functionality and now have cases that I can’t even see the descriptions for. I used to fall back to the web app if I had issues with the native app, but I’m completely blocked from the web app from a mobile device (can’t even get to the desktop version from the mobile device).

Need CMDB Access

Has all the basic features needed except one, CMDB. There is access to Assets but not configuration data which is needed when in the field. When will this be added to the mobile app?

Fix the iPad app

After your last update. The Mobile app does not work in landscape mode. It is super hard to use. The website does not support mobile. So my only choice is to fight with it or wait until I can get to a computer.

Just updated to version 6.0 which crashes frequently to be unusable in general. Wait until bugs are fixed before upgrading.
