The site is purely focused on hampering your chances of meeting others. They don’t let you update your profile written bio data summary or change and update your photos keeping you HOSTAGE for days on end, all the while people are perusing your profile and rejecting you improperly. It is a money making scheme, with no positive outcome. This is the single worst marriage and dating app on the planet and they charge exorbitant amounts and waste people’s times. You further cannot properly select your matches or if you are LGBTQXI they TOTALLY DISCRIMINATE. They also limit matches up to the age of 42 and practice discriminatory AGEISM, when there are hundreds of thousands of who don’t fit this and are looking for more. I thought Indians were progressive and open-minded. This is the single most racist and non-binary and most backwards systemically oppressive discriminatory software application on the planet. Both Google and Google should pull it OFF the market. These people are fully SICK and reprehensible. So incredibly backwards and further the app doesn’t work and then they hold you HOSTAGE after stealing your money. Incredibly horrible. Full on ENTRAPMENT, Consumer FRAUD, and THEFT. Plus a place for identity theft and ruining your life. Please update the app and let people have better INSTANT control that they PAID for. You cannot force people to wait 24 hours to update their profile or for new photos to go online live. Not everyone is binary either. STOP being so Bigoted and Backwards. This site is a disgrace to all of humanity, all across the planet. There isn’t a thing out there that is more SHAMEFUL and DISGUSTING. 🤮🤮🤮👎

User Experience is good but will need dark/night view as it hurts my eyes at night.

I’m considering to buy an year long subscription, but prior to enrollment of subscription, I'm facing a very serious issue with new release. I'm not able to login to app. I tried offloading and reinstalling app, nothing worked. Kindly address such issues on priority basis.

We have a paid membership. To our utter disappointment, we find that the majority of messages sent on the Shaadi chat don't go through to the other side. We have complained repeatedly regarding this for almost 2 months but with no progress. The only reply we got is, ‘I will update you later sir’.
