Closure of Fast Tag

Have been trying to contact and close my Fast tag as I have sold my car. The App keeps giving me a website to connect to in order to take steps to close the Fast tag account. BUT it never opens and keeps redirecting me to the Pay TM App which keeps sending the same message. No button to ask for assistance as well. Thoroughly frustrating.
