Is there any support. All my photos disappeared.

Photos can be accessed without password

I just noticed if I go to my “Files” app and in device storage there is a folder called provate camera which contains all my private photos with no encryption or password whatsoever. I can’t stress enough how ridiculous this is.

Password retrieval

Haven't been on the app in a while and forgot my 4 digit password. There is no way to contact anyone to help retrieve it. If I had to use an email, I really don't know which one I used.
