I’ve had this app for years.

I pay $25 a year or whatever for this to not happen. I’ve lost 1,000’s of pics and videos bc it says the app needs to be updated to the new iOS. I need some help. The app use to look and work like a calculator. It still shows up but won’t download. I Remembered it was called Kyms and this is what I have now. Tho it didn’t update my Archices like it says it does automatically. Please help me with this.

Well, I thought it was decent

Got this app years ago, had pictures on it, but hadn’t used the app in a few years, it’s just been sitting on my phone. Well, I opened it today and there is nothing on the app, all my pictures are just gone. I’ve searched all through the app and there’s nothing there. What’s the point of a photo vault If the vault can’t even keep pictures safe that are in the “vault”.
