RTÉ Radio Player for Android

What’s going on with RTÉ, loved listening to radio shows. Now the stations won’t play anymore....just buffering nonstop...gave up, switched to BBC Radio player...awesome.

This is an easy to use connection to RTÉ radio. It can be easily set to default to the Irish language station and when I upgraded my IOS and wiped my settings it took less than a minute to reset. I can listen to old shows or live shows without having to jump through all the usual podcast hoops.

I'm pretty happy with the RTÉ app. It has maintained a consistent, delightfully colourful look, is stable, and plays all the wonderful streams from old Ireland which keep some of us happy out in the boonies of the USA. I especially love to listen to Raidio na Gaeltachta, helping me maintain my cupla focail. It is nice to scroll back and replay programs immediately. The simplicity of this design is well worth copying. (CoughCBCCough) The music is a delight, as are the talk programs. Thank you, RTÉ. Don't change a thing!

This version takes 15 seconds to open up, long time, but at least it opens, unlike the last version.
