Small means make big difference

I have used this app off and on over the years. I love it. I am in physical therapy and the stretches compliment the therapy. I am healing at a quick pace. Clearly spotty use is not an option if I want to remain well. Thank you for an amazing, healing, and healthful app.

Great

I’ve been using this for years and it’s a great value. I love how much you get for a one time fee. I also like that the workouts don’t have music built in so I can play my own. I would love if they added and Google Watch version, so I don’t have to keep looking at my phone/Android during the workout. The watch could tell me what to do next and give descriptions and I could look at the phone only if I need more visual guidance.

Still good but used to be great

I upgraded my device and downloaded a newer version. Glad to see new exercises but when random order produces 3 in a row targeting the same muscles I go “what?”
