Been broken for months

The app doesn’t ring through properly unless it is on in the foreground and the screen unlocked. This has been an issue for months and Cisco has not fixed it. There have been several updates but the issue remains and there is no way to contact customer support for the app only for desktop applications.

iPhone 14 Bluetooth Issue

While I have enjoyed this app for the last couple years. After upgrading to an Android 14, I am no longer able to use a Bluetooth headset with it due to very poor audio quality. I am surprised this issue has not been addressed yet.

So much promise, but the app does not deliver

The promise of Jabber is great — having my work phone and messaging always available — but the app is completely unreliable to the point that I never use it and when I do, I regret it. EDIT: Seems like one of the problems is that it does not work well with AirPods, but the release notes indicate that it should be fine.

Doesn’t work with iPhone 14 pro and AirPods

For some reason this app does not work when using the combo mentioned above. Wrote on reddits pages 28 days ago. Still no update. I’m not the only one with this issue. No sure how else to contact customer service so I’m writing this review

All They Had to Do was Leave it Alone

When the work from home first started, this was a great app. Able to stay connected and allow us to contact our coworkers without giving away personal phone numbers as much as we needed as long as we were okay with it. One stability update later and since then, connection to the server would drop, notifications would be missing. Completely unusable.
