Blocking my account, due to non-payment on a 6 month plan, pushes me far, far away from eharmony. See? eharmony is only looking to get free money from me & other members, regardless, even when I mentioned that I found someone. It does NOT make any sense to block my account, due to nonpayment. That is INDEED A DUMB MOVE. It will only make sense, if their account had been hacked, and users dispute to the customer care representative.. There are BASIC(Free with limited features, such as only see one picture, one icebreaker, one message.) In order to view all pictures/ unlimited icebreakers/communication with users, they need to PAY to upgrade to the Premium membership. I SHOULD be downgraded to FREE version, which leaves my account unblocked, AND, I will be able to cancel my membership, on request.. Why did they have to do that to me, blocking my account, which hasn’t been hacked? This is an UNFAIR advantage to take my money, on something I didn’t technically agree with. Why does eharmony cost too much money, since I am aware of the possibilities of fake users on-site? They tried to push me to the corner, demanding me to make payment, in order to unblock my account. Such thing like this, is a HUGE TURN OFF! That’s not how eharmony wins customers! I have read an alarming reviews, and I completely agree with what former users feel, because it made me feel the same way. It makes me feel like they don’t value me. I will give eharmony ONE star, out of 5 stars, because you don’t care about me, because you gave me an ultimatum. I will NEVER recommend eharmony to anyone. I knew about the money back guarantee, if they are not completely satisfied, they can get partial/full refund. I am far from satisfied.

Y’all questionnaire is too long, 35yrs later after I just started filling out random answers, y’all make it way too hard especially when the app isn’t that good. it’s honestly sad!
New user. App does not show photos unless you subscribe and does not have a way to sign up for a subscription.
There are so few matches, it’s ridiculous. They just mix the order up as if that makes it seem like there are more matches. Worst dating app ever. And the “server isn’t available “ when you hit the HELP BUTTON.
