This app is horrible

I love backcountry but bc of the horrible ui and functionality of the app I will be buying my kayaks with rei. First of all it keeps kicking me out when I sign in and I have to do the captcha thing a million times!!! Why is there a friken capcha? It’s so horrible rei has a way better log in experience . I would honestly rather purchase from you all but the whole log in experience has given me hemorrhoids

Not a fan

I search for a specific item by name and the search results show me 30 other items not including what I asked for. And I know it’s an item BC carries and has in stock.

The update was a downgrade

Just an app skin over a web UI. Weak. Beyond that, I can’t even get logged in hence can’t/won’t buy anything thru the app.

Orientation view

Why am I only able to view the tablet app in vertical mode, and not landscape? Also, back button doesn’t always work and navigation in general is poor.

Great company

Customer service is great and pricing is as well. I would really advise you using this company over Amazon for any of your outdoor needs. The app does crash every once and a while but hey go on line it’s the same thing. You can long in online or your phone and have the same things. The rating is more so for the company then the app but I’m sure they will smooth the glitches out in time.
