Crowsflight for Android

Thanks so much to the developers for making this app. I discovered all kinds of cool things they make. Check their website. Using this to take more abstract walks and driving without worrying as much about directions.

It’s better and more flexible than a number of other paid apps!

I never review apps but I had to for this one. I love this very simple pointing app. If you are walking in a strange city and need to find an address other nav tools are a pain because you can’t get the map oriented until you start traveling. This simply points to where you want to be and tells you how far. I also love being able to casually hike knowing that getting back to my car is not going to be a problem. I would have gladly paid for this app but I appreciate that it is free!

This app is generally good but it's been opening spontaneously after unlocking my phone. Once this is fixed I'll give it a five star rating!

A really nice compromise between a random walk and a prescribed route. Lends itself to discovery. Very romantic.
