Terrible customer support

Bought the electronic magazine to read on my Mobile w/o having to use a separate app as reports indicate app crashes repeatedly. I wanted to read it using the built in iOS app instead. I NEVER used their app and they wouldn't refund my purchase price so that I could repurchase issue from iTunes to read on Mobile. It would've been a "wash" to them, yet they wouldn't even respond to my repeated emails.

Buyer Beware

While I have enjoyed the magazine, this is is to be avoided. Since upgrading to iOs 9 this app has failed. If a new mag is available it takes DAYS to download and then crashes. Have a on a number of times tried to contact customer service but get the message that the Email has been returned as undeliverable. So buyer beware, while the magazine may be great for those of use who flight sim this magazine is afront, spamware at the very least
