Issue with app and support does not respond

I’m having an issue with my ABS app. I’ve paid for a lifetime membership and used this app for about two years. It suddenly stopped allowing me to save custom workouts and I can’t get a response from support to fix the issue. Someone please help. I would give a 5star review if someone could help me solve this issue. Still having an issue

Best to Worst

This app used to be the best ab exercise app in the entire App Store, but for reasons I can’t imagine the developers took out all of the good exercise programs out, leaving only a skeleton of what it once was. I’ve reached out multiple times but have not gotten any response from anyone. I’m so disappointed.

Can’t close ads

The ads have the x so tiny and in the far corner that they can’t be closed. Interrupts workout and plays indefinitely. Android 11 Pro Max

Yes I'm serious, it says family sharing in app purchases. I want to share the app that I bought with my family. I am glad to see I got under you skin, but get out of your feelings and run your business. "All In Apps are handled by Google" would have dont the trick - But, I get it's hard to focus on business. I hope your growth strategy is more that shooting from the hip. God luck:) "Are you serious? You buy App on your account and pretend to have full access on someone else phone ? All In Apps are handled by Google, if you bought something from your account and u use same account “restore purchases” work fine. But if you pretend to use App on different devices it will never work not with our Apps or with anyone other developers Apps cause is not legal! Leave one start as you wish, thanks to god we have millions of people know how we are serious. Go to use another App but not accuse us about honoring out words cause we start since 2007 on YouTube to give anyone opportunity to training almost for free where is possible. Wish you to found the Fitness app you looking for.

I got hustled

When I bought the app a few years back I paid a flat rate. Now when I put the app on my wife’s phone it’s telling me that I can’t restore the purchase in order to let her access the same app.I understand making changes to grow your business moving forward however, you shouldn’t backstab the people that you build your business off of -I seen similar review of this practice two years ago -I’ll remove my review when you honor our agreement.
