I have been trying to get in contact with these people concerning why the program is not opening up when selected. I have emailed the AVCHD converter support, got 2 responses, 1)Would you please tell me where did you get this app? and what happened when you click on this app?, after I replied 2)Would you please tell us which version is your OS? , after i replied, I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THEM SINCE!

Scam. This app does not work. Don’t waste your money on it. It cannot even import

Don’t buy it. It does not work. The help file is not there. Most menu are gray and not useful. It cannot even import my AVCHD folder.
