Carb Manager—Keto Diet Tracker for Android

Could not do it on my own, dietician recommended Carb Maneger and is keeping me accountable of my eating habits. Is easy to manage and fun, speacially the premium subscription.

It really helps you tracking your intake .. very simple to use But so many features are only available after purchasing a plan

I was introduced to Carb Manager by a nutritionist that I wasn’t that fond of. Over a year had passed and it was still lingering in my phone. I started using it when I was hospitalized with a very rare and severe liver disease. I needed to start my healing with my diet because my liver rejected all medications. I would also get sick from gluten, carbs and sugars but my health insurance wouldn’t cover nutrition. I supplemented the app with YouTube videos about nutrition. I lost 49 pounds since February. Things have really changed for me. I did choose to pay for the app, but the cost is the same as a copayment at a doctors office. I feel it was worth it. Good luck!

So fun to record. The app remembers your ‘likes’ so you’re not wasting time trying to find foods you often eat. Highly recommend. This is my 4 th year using Keto to avoid diabetes. So far so good!
