So far so GREAT…!

REi has done nothing but make me feel more confident and comfortable with every single purchase I’ve made with them, or is, whatever you refer a CoOp as…. I like it, I keep it, It’s not what I’m looking for or the fit isn’t perfect or it’s to warm or not warm enough it’s in my hands to return it or not… I LOVE REi…!

I place an order and it never went through

No email confirmation after placing an order with this app. I placed the order and completed it but, when I go to the app the following morning, it shows the order incomplete and asks for my credit card code, again. When I TRY to complete the order, it gives me an error message with no explanation about what went wrong. This app is wasting my time. I just placed the order again, this time by logging on to REI.com on a browser. Everything worked. This REI app is worthless.
