  • Good, but needs option to enter food by weight

    I am a die-hard kitchen scale user to portion my food. Way easier and more accurate than fiddling with measuring cups. Wish I could track my food by weight, but am unable to with this app. Switched over from MyFitnessPal, which had more food options in the database and the option with most foods to log by grams or ounces. Also, the exercise options are sorely lacking. There is an option to log bowling but not rowing. Those of us who do OrangeTherory have no options to log towing or a HIIT workout. I try not to eat back exercise points, but I still like to bank them so it would be nice if there were more options for logging exercise.

  • Reminders improvement

    The option to customize reminders times and how many, for snacks would be very nice. My breakfast is at 5:30 or 6:00am. Ate, and forgot by 10am šŸ¤£and it continues though out the day, bed time is 8:30pm. šŸ˜“Not dinner time.

  • Easy to follow and my weight dropped!

    I wanted to do WW (weight watchers), but it was out of my budget as a recently graduated college student. After about 3 months of debating and trying many other diets in the year before starting Healthi, I decided to join and pay for Pro. I used the better balance, which is calculated like the current WW plan used. I saw weight loss in the first month. I forget exactly how much, but it was significant. Starting at 215 and a year later being at 160, I lost 65 lbs! Iā€™m 5ā€™3 and 24 years old. Iā€™ve been over weight since 12 years old. I tried many diets on and off since about 18, but I couldnā€™t stick to them. They were very restrictive and if I broke the diet I felt like Iā€™d messed up and it was a loss. I wasnā€™t seeing change. Healthi is so different. Itā€™s easy to follow and sooo many recipes are out there. My biggest help was YouTube looking for WW blue plan recipes. You can easily follow Healthi even when eating out. I ā€œbrokeā€ my diet once a week in the beginning, but Healthi allows point for that, so you really arenā€™t breaking it! If you are debatingā€¦I promise it works and if you are dedicated, itā€™s easy to follow. Research however does make it so much easier. There are even tons of video for crock pot recipes, snacks, and dinning out options for low points. Plus so many foods are zero points! Take advantage of the zero point foods and eat them as much as you want. It works!
