bought the license still can’t play the game

I bought the license for my disabled husband to play the game. It still cuts him off half way through. I have tried to contact both the app store and Bank Games to no avail. I am starting to think this is just a way to rip people off. I won’t make this mistake again and buy anything from the App Store.

Disappointing

Looked like this could have been a good Mahjong game, but not even half way through I was unable to finish even one game before it wanted me to buy it. Tried again with the same results. Think there is a time limit on how far you can get before it wants you to purchase it. Developer should consider letting you at least finish a game to decide if you like it.

I like this game because I can finally clear the board. 3 game levels. Nice music. Great graphics.

video card killer

I have an Nvidia Geforce 8800 GS with 512 MB video RAM in my Android. This Mahjong app caused my video card to heat to 90°C and the fans were unbelievably loud. I emailed Bakno about getting an older version of the app, but their stupid email form refused to accept my message, even though I attempted it using 3 different web browsers. Apparently you're on your own if it doesn't work, or stresses your computer's video card too much. I have other 3D apps which don't cause this problem.
